Rental Deposit for Pontoon Boats: $300.00
Reservation deposits are not required

Reservations Deposit
|
Advance reservations are recommended. A deposit is required for advance
reservations. Upon receipt of deposit, written confirmation will be
mailed.

Rental Deposit
|
The deposits may be in the form of cash, money order or credit card.
All deposits will be returned to the customer upon the return of the
rental property in clean and undamaged condition, providing all contractual
terms are met.
|
Gasoline
|
Gasoline charges are additional. The tanks are full when you leave. Upon
return, tanks are refilled and you pay only for what you have used.
|
Cancellations
|
The reservation deposit will be forfeited if reservations are cancelled
less than 24 hours prior to departure. We reserve the right to cancel in
the event of bad weather, high wind, or any other event due to our
discretion.
|
Late Arrivals
|
Boats will be held 30 minutes before being considered forfeited and
therefore made available for re-rental. The reservation deposit will
be forfeited. If arriving late, the office must be notified immediately
to hold the boat more than 30 minutes. There is no pro-ration of rental
fees for late arrivals. Return time cannot be extended beyond the regular
scheduled time unless approved prior to departure.

Late Returns
|
Unauthorized late returns will be charged an additional fee for each half
hour that it is kept beyond the scheduled return time.
|
Payments
|
Rental payments are paid at the time of return in the form of cash, money
order, or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.
|
Early Returns
|
There will be no refunds on early returns.
|
Arrival Times
|
The boat rental time will begin at the rented time. The Lessee should
be advised to arrive at least hour an hour early to complete contract
and orientation of the usage of the rental property.
